Deployment and training for ERP/CRM/eCommerce
We have performed a number of pre-implementation planning, data mapping and transformation, software installation and testing for companies in industries ranging from manufacturing to international distribution to commercial and consumer goods and services and government. We have also provided on-site and remote training services is support of these and other installations.

ERP/CRM/eCommerce enhancements
Extending the functionality of their new or existing ERP, CRM and eCommerce implementations for specific needs ranging from customization and enhanced reporting to integration with other applications to developing add-on modules. Examples include developing an equipment rental and tracking module for a national commercial services company and creating specialized sales documents for a security alarms company.

Mobility and field automation
A growing international company needed to improved sales automation and order entry methods to increase volume without increasing staff. We provided a completely automated eCommerce site with an integrated inventory control and accounting system to increase sales over the Web while substantially improving inventory control and customer service. Additionally, a mobile order entry module was created to allow field representatives to take orders using a pocket PDA with integrated bar code scanner and wireless printing. Orders are now downloaded onto their enterprise system and order processing is reduced to seconds while eliminating translation errors.

Automated government compliance, maintenance
A nationwide rollout of new products and services required an effective and economical way to determine exact, current tax liabilities for real time customer invoicing, accounting and government reporting. We quickly and cost-effectively developed a complete package to calculate, maintain and report on detailed city, county, district and state taxes for all taxing jurisdictions across the country. The customer's ERP database is now electronically updated monthly across 77,000 locations, using an inexpensive third party data source. Each time a quote, order or invoice is generated, the exact sales tax amount is computed and categorized on the document and the transaction details are recorded to the company's general ledger.

Automated scheduling and billing capability
A national services company needed a fast, effective means of scheduling, managing and billing for leased/rental equipment through their existing enterprise system. Interprise Technology Expersts developed an extension to their enterprise accounting, inventory and order entry system to efficiently quote, order, schedule, bill and track short and long term rental equipment throughout the US.
