Implementation

Our implementation services include not only the installation of software but also:

• Pre-implementation planning by department and or organizational function for equipment and infrastructure.
  
• Data conversion from existing systems/sources.
  
• Configuration of system features, options, administrative and other parameters, as well as refinements that are required as ramp up takes place.
  
• Data testing and test cases as required to establish configurations, integrations and/or customizations.
  
• Documentation for ongoing management and support.
