Training


Training is an integral but sometimes overlooked part of process improvement. Without the necessary training, employees will not be able to fully tap the benefits of new technology.

We provide multiple ways of training individuals and groups, but recommend on-site, hands-on training for the initial implementation of a new system. By hands-on, we mean using a combination classroom-type instruction and one-on-one with your actual company data.

Training is typically planned to precede and to follow the cut over of a new system, so that employees are both prepared to the greatest degree permissible and supported as they begin to use the technology in actual operations.

Training is also available on a remote basis, especially for specific areas that require additional proficiency after a period of normal self-learning.
